Once the plan is finalized, a 3D-printed surgical guide ensures drills follow only the planned trajectory during surgery, minimizing the risk of damage to adjacent anatomical structures.

Treatment Process

1. CBCT and Digital Planning

Bone, nerve, and sinus positions are mapped with 3D imaging at millimetric precision. Digital planning software anticipates every detail before surgery. Bone density (Hounsfield values) is analyzed to predict primary stability.

2. Patient-Specific Surgical Guide

A 3D-printed Z-GO Guide surgical guide ensures the implant is placed at the correct angle and depth. The guide fits the patient's anatomy precisely, eliminating the need to raise a flap.

3. Surgical Procedure

Local anesthesia is administered. Drilling is performed through the guide. Using a tissue punch technique, only a small circular section the diameter of the implant is removed; no large incision is made. A single-tooth procedure typically takes 15-20 minutes. 4. Recovery
