The Treatment Trip, Step by Step
For most international patients the treatment is staged across two visits to Istanbul. The length of each is set after examination, not in advance:

For full-arch treatment, a retrospective case series from a single clinic followed 471 patients with 1,884 implants in the lower jaw for 10 to 18 years, reporting cumulative implant survival of 93% and success of 91.7%, alongside biological complications in 11.8% of implants and mechanical complications in 36.7% of cases; 31.6% of patients were lost to follow-up, and the authors conclude the concept is viable long term while stating plainly that complications can occur (Maló et al., Clin Implant Dent Relat Res, 2019 DOI). Those findings describe the mandible and should not be read across to the upper jaw.
None of this is a forecast for an individual. Group survival data cannot be offered as a personal success rate, and the same studies identify smoking and earlier biological complications as factors associated with failure and bone loss.
